TERMS AND CONDITIONS_

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Julie D.’s services and website. By engaging in our services or using our website, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Services

Julie D. offers graphic design services including, but not limited to:

  • Logo and branding design

  • Visual identity creation

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Website and social media assets

  • Illustration and custom graphics

These services are provided under specific project agreements or contracts that define the scope, deliverables, and terms unique to each client.

2. Payments and Fees

For all projects, a detailed proposal and quote will be provided before the commencement of any work. Payments are typically structured as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total project fee) is required to begin work.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final delivery of files.

Any additional services outside the original project scope will be subject to additional fees, and a separate agreement will be established.

3. Revisions and Modifications

All projects include a set number of revisions as agreed upon in the initial contract. Any revisions beyond the agreed number will incur additional charges.

Once a design is approved and finalized, any future changes or modifications may be treated as a new project and subject to additional fees.

4. Delivery of Work

Final design files will be delivered in agreed formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc.) once full payment is received. Delivery timelines will be outlined in the project agreement. Delays in feedback, approval, or payments may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Copyright and Ownership

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files will be transferred to the client. This applies only to the final, approved versions of the work, not the drafts or concepts.

  • Julie D. reserves the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Any stock images, fonts, or third-party resources used in the design will remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the project schedule and incur additional charges.

The client must ensure they have the rights to any materials (such as logos, images, or text) provided to Julie D. for use in the project.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If the project is canceled after additional work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the deposit amount.

  • [Your Business Name] reserves the right to terminate any project or agreement in the event of a breach of these terms by the client or if the client fails to provide necessary information, content, or feedback.

8. Liability and Warranties

  • Julie D. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the designs or materials produced.

  • Julie D. does not warrant that the designs will be error-free or that they will meet the client’s specific requirements or purposes.

  • The client assumes all responsibility for the final design approval. Once approved, Julie D. is not responsible for any errors, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, or usage errors in the final product.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless express permission is given to share such information.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Amendments

Julie D. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically for any updates.
